All hardware maintenance, support, and data center services listed on this platform are delivered by Park Place Technologies("PPT"), a global data center and network services provider headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio with operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Flow Data Center Hub acts as your dedicated service partner — managing quoting, procurement, and account coordination — while PPT delivers the technical service under their enterprise-grade infrastructure.

  • Infrastructure Managed Services — IaaS, cloud migration, remote NOC operations, data protection, and disaster recovery as a service
  • IT Professional Services — IMAC, data center relocation, staff augmentation, IT deployments, and IT asset disposition (ITAD)
  • Data Center Liquid Cooling — immersion cooling, direct-to-chip, and rear door heat exchanger systems
  • Hardware Sales — certified refurbished and new servers, storage, and networking equipment through Curvature (PPT subsidiary)
  • End-of-Service-Life Support — continued maintenance for equipment the OEM no longer supports
