All hardware maintenance, support, and data center services listed on this platform are delivered by Park Place Technologies("PPT"), a global data center and network services provider headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio with operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Flow Data Center Hub acts as your dedicated service partner — managing quoting, procurement, and account coordination — while PPT delivers the technical service under their enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Round-the-clock technical support with direct access to certified engineers. No call queues, no ticket runarounds.
Factory-trained technicians deployed from local service centers for on-site break/fix, installations, and hardware replacements.
Forward-stocking depots ensure replacement parts are available for same-day or next-business-day delivery worldwide.
Proactive hardware monitoring detects failures before they cause downtime. Automated ticket creation and escalation when anomalies are detected.
Single contract covering Dell, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, IBM, Juniper, Pure Storage, and 20+ additional OEMs — eliminating per-vendor renewal complexity.
Continued maintenance for equipment the OEM no longer supports, extending hardware lifecycle and deferring capital expenditure.
Service Scope
- Third-Party Hardware Maintenance — servers, storage, networking, and HCI at 30-40% less than OEM renewal pricing
- Software Support — VMware, VxRail, Red Hat, and Nutanix technical support and license management
- Infrastructure Managed Services — IaaS, cloud migration, remote NOC operations, data protection, and disaster recovery as a service
- IT Professional Services — IMAC, data center relocation, staff augmentation, IT deployments, and IT asset disposition (ITAD)
- Data Center Liquid Cooling — immersion cooling, direct-to-chip, and rear door heat exchanger systems
- Hardware Sales — certified refurbished and new servers, storage, and networking equipment through Curvature (PPT subsidiary)
- End-of-Service-Life Support — continued maintenance for equipment the OEM no longer supports
